Is four years old to young for baby teeth to fall out?

My son just turned four in August, and he just came to me saying that he feels like his tooth is moving and is going to fall out. It's the one on top on the right side, and it does feel a little bit wobbly but not to much. and does it make a difference at what age their teeth came in? His came in at 8 months? He was also born with cleft palate. I don't know if that would matter.

Schedule an appointment with a pedodontist, or pediatric dentist, for a consultation appointment. Especially with a cleft palate, you want to stay on top of any dental conditions that may occur.

I would think that since his baby teeth came in early, they'll exfoliate early... but the first ones to come out would be his front lower anterior teeth and not the uppers...

Better safe than sorry..........but don't worry too much.
Reply:I suggest you take to a specialist and see if they have any recommendations. Cleft palate is pretty significant.i don't think that his teeth coming out are due to his cleft palate.
Reply:take him to the dentist..it doesnt sound serious but its better to be sure
