How do I clean my baby's teeth?

How do I clean my baby's teeth? She's 3 months old. I don't want to use toothpaste. Any advice? I must have my child's teeth clean!

How do I clean my baby's teeth?
Use your fingers? or just rinse it with water. You can try using a toothbrush and do it lightly. But I don't think babies three months old have teeth yet. Anywho just google if you need more info.
Reply:You can buy a finger brush and fluoride free toothpaste. Or use your finger or a washcloth.
Reply:They have infant tooth paste and a finger toothbrush you just slip on your finger and rub on their gums and/or teeth.
Reply:Oragel makes a baby teeth and gun cleaner that is safe to use. It comes with a little brush and everything.
Reply:Just use a washcloth and your finger. You could by some childrens toothpaste. It is safe as it doesn't have any floride in it. I just used a wet washcloth to clean my kids teeth until they were old enough for a toothbrush.
Reply:3 months old? Use a 2" X2" gauze pad moistened with a little water to gently clean her gums and any teeth that may be beginning to erupt.

When she sits up and has more teeth you can introduce a soft toothbrush.
Reply:use your fingers or buy a small childs toothbrush and let him/her chew on it.
Reply:I always just used a wet baby washcloth and wiped my son's gums and teeth down. This is very effective until they are about a year and beyond.
