about 3 years ago i had a bad toothache. so of course i went to the dentist, who told me that i had a bad cavity and an abcess in the gum on one of my baby teeth. he said i still had 2 left. but if i remember correctly, i lost all of my baby teeth, by age 10. actually, i lost one of my front teeth twice. how it grew back? beats me!!!!
Is it possible to be 27 yrs. old and still have my baby teeth?
yes it possoblie because every one is differnet and some lose right away and others take a while
Reply:Yes. I have a few members in my family who are in the same situation as you. I believe it%26#039;s mainly genetic.
Reply:Hmmm. It is possible. Some teeth may just not come out. If you%26#039;re not sure, ask your dentist.
Reply:if it is at very ends i.e at back most of ur gums
than it is not baby teeth
i also had this
these r wisdom tooths that appear around 21 yr
but in few individuals they dont erupt instead they r malposittioned and remains under gums
later they get infected and causes abcess
hope u will get this and is ur answer
Reply:ask a dentist
Reply:It is possible to still have your baby teeth at 27. My 90 year old great grandmother has a couple baby teeth left. No adult tooth developed to replace them. She also only had 3 wisdom teeth develope.
I am 24 years old and when I got my braces at age 18, I had my wisdom teeth removed (I also had only 3 wisdom teeth) and I had a baby tooth for which an adult tooth had developed but was lying crossways in the roof of my mouth unable to come down into place. This baby tooth of mine never loosened. My dental surgeon pulled this baby tooth and attached a chain to the adult tooth and to the wire for my braces. Each time I got my braces tightened, this chain would pull this adult tooth down into place. sounds painful but it really wasn%26#039;t. X-Rays can determine what is the cause of you still having baby teeth so talk to your dentist!
Reply:You need to find a new dentist, you have one set of baby teeth , when they come on out you have one set permanent teeth.
Reply:yes it%26#039;s possible -- my 20 year old sister still has baby teeth and is still missing some molars that haven%26#039;t grown in yet
Reply:yes
