It is unusual to have primary teeth past childhood.
Reply:Its not uncommon to have baby teeth as an adult. its likely that u are congenitally missing your adult teeth. problems only arise if they start to werar out and then hurt then they may need extraction. Get radigraphs done at your dentist
Reply:The biggest issue with retaining baby teeth, is that there may be an impacted permanent tooth somewhere that has not reveleaed itself, and which remains deep in your jaw bone. These often cause no problems until cysts or infections arise (in about your age group) and destroy adjacent teeth. To find out more go to http://www.oceansurgical.com.au/
