19 year old with all of his baby teeth still?
I%26#039;m a dentist.

No, this isn%26#039;t normal.

Are you sure they are baby teeth in your friend%26#039;s mouth? They might simply be small adult teeth.
Reply:mayb he should go to the dentist, cuz i still had me baby teeth until i wuz 14, and the dentist just pulled them out

Good Luck :)
Reply:This is not normal %26amp; I would be amazed to see this. I have seen many adults with maybe a few baby teeth but not all. Does he have any of his adult teeth as well?
Reply:Has he ever seen a dentist? Some people do not have permenant teeth. This is a big problem because eventually the baby teeth will fall out and then the person will have to get dentures.
Reply:My half brothers dad is 60 and still has some of his baby teeth. I%26#039;m pretty sure, it%26#039;s okay
Reply:You guys are freaking me out! I have NEVER heard of this!
Reply:I%26#039;m 24 and I still have one baby tooth. I hadn%26#039;t had any signs of another tooth (when I was 16 and they did x-rays and they said they didn%26#039;t want to pull it because there wasn%26#039;t a sign of an adult tooth). Well, last month I went in and the adult tooth is in the gum and my dentist wants it out (but my orthodontist wants me to keep it for right now, long story). Anyways, he needs to go get x-rays done because it is not good to have baby teeth if your adult teeth are in the gums. This can cause the adult teeth to find their own exit which can be the top of the gums or the roof of the mouth.
Reply:This is not normal, at the age from 7 years to 8 years yes i can see if you are a late bloomer you still have your baby teeth. but 19,come on his teeth are too small for his mouth. Permanent teeth begin to erupt around 5 to 7 years of age.He needs to go to a specialist and find out why his permanent teeth never came in to push out the baby teeth.
