I still have two baby teeth?

Can someone tell me why peoples meanning 28 yrs old still have maybe one or two baby teeth in their mouth and never have any problems with them?

I still have two baby teeth?
Hi! Me TOO! in my family it is a family trait, either one or both eye teeth are in the wrong place, right beside the two front teeth, and the space on the molar side of those eye teeth is taken up by my baby eye teeth! I am of Scots decent, I can look back at pictures of 5 generations and see it. Also My daughter and my sisters son has the same tooth habit. I cannot wait for my grandsons to loose the baby teeth to see if they inherited it also, so many generations away from the first Mac Fie!
Reply:That is very strange. See your dentist now!
Reply:That is so Cute baby.
Reply:my sister-in-law is 60 and she still has some baby teeth.
Reply:r they at the very end, because i don%26#039;t think those fall off. go to ur dentist.
Reply:eh?

impossible.
Reply:It probably means a tooth was never growing under the gums from the beginning to push it out, you lost it as such a young age you just think it%26#039;s a baby tooth, or those particular teeth came only as adult teeth for you and had no baby form (such as molars).
Reply:As long as the mouth is not trying to grow the new teeth, then it shouldn%26#039;t be a problem. If the other teeth start trying to come in, then you have to get the baby teeth pulled.
Reply:That%26#039;s actually a genetic trait. I%26#039;ve got the same thing, just like my mother and grandmother both had. I%26#039;m not sure why, but I just never had adult teeth grow in to push out those two baby teeth.
Reply:My front 2 bottom teeth were baby teeth until I was in my 20%26#039;s, when a dentist finally took them out and put in a bridge. This caused a tremendous overbite as the teeth wore down and my uppers proceeded to move into the territory. Be wary...
Reply:If there isn%26#039;t a tooth growing under your baby tooth to push it away, then the tooth will remain there. You dentist can check with an x-ray and explain it properly to you.
Reply:i DO TO. IT CAME FROM MY MOTHERS FAMILY, 2 OF MY AUNTS HAD THE SAME THING.
Reply:They might not be baby teeth. If they are in the back, I think those teeth come in and you never do get new ones. Not quite sure though.
Reply:Either you are missing the permanent teeth which should have pushed out the baby teeth or the permanent teeth are impacted (which means that they are present but not coming in). An X-ray would show which of these it is. Baby teeth can last for many years if the permanent teeth do not push them out. If the baby teeth are healthy and there are no impacted teeth then leave them alone until they get loose and come out. If there are impacted permanent teeth, then these may need to be taken care of. Some day when the baby teeth come out you should get a bridge or implant to replace these teeth, but this might not occur until a much later age.
