Why do boy babies get their baby teeth first but girl babies get permanent teeth first?
That's not true. No matter what the sex, babies get baby teeth.

Reply:Don't know where you got that info from but boy/girl cut there baby teeth in first then as they grow older into a kid that's when there baby teeth fall out to get there permanent teeth
