Without being a dentist, I can tell you its possible to have baby teeth at 28, but no an adult teeth wont grow, you would need a new tooth screwed in at the dentist (I've forgotten the name of it)
Reply:yes as a 28 year you can have baby teeth but not common and no you will not have new ones come out. most likely those are the only teeth you get the best thing to do is see a dentist and the dentist will take an x-ray on you thats called a PANO there you will see what you have in your mouth after you baby teeth fall out and if they do you will need a dencher or implants
