Look in her mouth. Are the gums red and the teeth have tartar buildup?Dogs need dental care just as we do.Time for the vets.
Reply:If your 5 year old dog is losing teeth, she desperately needs to get to the vet for a dental check-up. Adult dogs should never lose teeth. If her teeth are falling out she's got serious tooth and gum problems and those can lead to serious illnesses (like kidney and heart). Chihuahuas and a lot of other toy breeds have notoriously bad teeth - do your girl a favor and get her checked out ASAP.
Reply:they should have all there adult teeth by teh time they are a year old. at 5 she may be loosing her teeth prematurely she should be checked by a vet
